Sam and his family joined Newark Community Church in 2015 and enjoy the Christ-exalting fellowship and exposition of God’s word here. Growing up attending church, he can’t point to his exact date of conversion. But if you ask him when he was saved, he’ll confess, “I know that I’m saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone”. Sam is grateful to see the Lord working in the lives of people through His powerful living word. He serves in various ways at NCC including the men’s ministry, preaching and church leadership. Sam enjoys studying theology and has taken courses at The Cornerstone Bible College and Seminary in Vallejo, CA. God has blessed him and his wife with a delightful daughter and they live in Fremont, CA. In his spare time, you’ll find Sam and his family taking walks, playing at the park or enjoying a delicious meal together.
